1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1– 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups blueberries (rolled in flour)
For lemon glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup butter (melted)
Cake:
Mix all ingredients. Fold blueberries in last. Spray bundt cake or pound cake pan with Pam and dust with flour. Pour in batter (very thick—more like spoon in batter). Bake at 325 degrees for 50—60 minutes.
Glaze:
Mix all ingredients and drizzle over cake.
