Phil and I enjoy living in these western North Carolina mountains where there are four distinct seasons. I enjoy adding decorative seasonal touches to Two Holt's interior to help celebrate the uniqueness of each season. So come along and take a peek inside Two Holt in all its autumn glory. Our kitchen, dining, and living areas flow into each other in an open concept. Our dining room table is already set for a nice fall dinner. Fall leaves are in all three rooms along with colorful fall wreaths in the windows. These leaves are on our dining room fireplace mantle. These leaves are on our living room fireplace mantle. Lots of little clear lights are woven throughout the leaves. We enjoy the lighted leaves during the evening. This little owl belonged to Phil's mom, but it's nestled in the leaves on our mantle for the season. More leaves are on top of our corner hutch... ...and on top of our China cabinet which also has o e of our fall magnolia leaf wreaths. Leaves are in the base of our little lamp... ...and in my favorite candle holder. Leaves are on top of our cornice boards in the kitchen and wreaths are in each of the windows. This Emily Bronte quote says it all. We have two little scarecrows pulling a pumpkin wagon indoors... ...and a big scarecrow greeting neighbors outdoors. Happy fall, y'all!
